Cameron Spencer
STUDIO MANAGER
Head of operations in the office, Cameron has spent the last 5 years perfecting the service alongside Philip. Over 1000 successful projects have been completed under Cameron’s watch. Cameron’s free time is mainly taken up training his new puppy, Woody.
Philip Jennings
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Five years ago, Philip hit the architecture world with a simple goal in mind. Keep it simple! Whilst appreciating that architecture is a complex business, he believes the secret to any successful business is to not over complicate matters, his streamline service ensures his clients are excited about the works to come, not worried. A keen property developer on the side, he may know a few tricks to save you money during construction!

Mackenzie Petcher
STUDIO ADMINISTRATOR
Mackenzie works within our administration department, submitting applications to the council, liaising with planning officers, and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Her day-to-day tasks keep clients updated with their ongoing applications and ensure customer satisfaction throughout our service. Mackenzie enjoys going to music festivals, training in the gym, and is a bit of a foody!
Rebecca Parnell
STUDIO ADMINISTRATOR
Head of Administration, Rebecca oversees all applications with the council, ensuring we are always in communication with the planning officers throughout your application. Her connections with the planners, keeps our approval record on track. In her free time, Rebecca is a very talented singer and song writer.

Ella Dyminski
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Head of interior design, Ella takes your project to the next level! Her passion for interior design ensures your newly created space is decorated and furnished to suit your taste. With her vast knowledge of all types of interior trends, she can provide the perfect layout, that is cost-effective and gives a wow factor to your new or existing home. In her spare time, Ella enjoys travelling, hand drawings, and music festivals.
Rafael Ramirez
ARB ARCHITECT
Rafael has been with the team since the beginning, his passion for architecture and work ethic is second to none. Rafael oversees all drawings completed, ensuring the standard and details are up to his expectations. Rafael is family man and enjoys making memories with his wife and young son.
Elizabeth Jacques
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
Elizabeth is a young and ambitious architectural technician with a keen eye for detail. She understands the nuances of the planning process, ensuring all of our designs comply with the councils rules and regulations. When Elizabeth isn’t working, she enjoys cooking and has recently introduced her own version of “bake off” into the office.
Francesca Hudson
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Francesca is working towards a masters degree, having achieved lots of success so far. Francesca’s concentration is on bringing creative ideas to the table. Her skill set includes out of the box thinking to create cost effective designs suited to any and all budgets. When Francesca isn’t working, she enjoys travelling and soap making.
Joshua Hinch ACIAT
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
Joshua is qualified with a BSc(Hons) in Architectural technology. Originally from Hull, he has a strong work ethic with a passion for construction details and regulations. Having a background working on large building sites prior to gaining his degree, his hands-on experience is an asset when it comes to producing building regulations and specifying construction methods. Outside of the office Joshua is a keen cook and enjoys playing the guitar.
Kate Haughton
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Kate is advancing through her master’s degree, driven by a deep passion for interior design. She incorporates and enhances the original features of buildings in her projects, reflecting her commitment to architectural integrity. In her spare time, Kate enjoys exploring new destinations around the globe and with baking.
Lewis Glasby
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
Lewis works within our technical and specifications department, working on details, materials, and construction notes for all of our projects. His technical knowledge ensures our drawings are created in line with the most recent regulations. When Lewis isn’t working, he is busy training his two dogs and enjoys game coding and development.
Natalia Kukiela
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Natalia is a stepping stone away from completing her master’s degree in architecture. Natalia’s strongest point is her attention to detail, which plays a big part of her job role. Natalia carefully oversees every aspect of her projects, ensuring that no detail is overlooked and everything is thoughtfully planned to the finest point. In her free time, she enjoys reading and writing articles.
Nathan Hewitt
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Nathan is halfway through his masters degree. Having achieved a distinction so far, he is well on his way to make a huge impact in the architectural world. Nathan has a true passion for architecture which is evident within each one of his projects, receiving the praise of all our customers.
When Nathan is not working, he enjoys traveling with his partner and seeing the various styles of architecture around the world.

Thant is our property surveyor. After instructing us to produce your drawings Thant will call to arrange a suitable time to visit and measure up your property.
Jonathan Spencer
PROJECT MANAGER
Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in construction and provides a range of Project Management services to help you through your build.
When he’s not managing a project he’s walking his black lab ‘Gatsby’.

Lilly is a Maltese Yorkshire Terrier and it goes without saying, she is the cutest in the office. She’s small enough to sit on the desk but fiery enough to tell woody off when he’s misbehaving!

Maisey is a Patterdale Terrier Cross jack Russell, and at the time of getting her as a puppy, Philip was unaware of their nick name, “Patterdale Terrorists” do not let the picture fool you…
Woody Spencer
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Woody is our rescue dog from Romania, although he is fully grown, he is still in puppy training. You may hear him in the background, shouting his ideas for the latest extension project.
