Prior approval applications provide homeowners the opportunity to extend up to 8 meters with a single-storey rear extension, subject to certain criteria.

Design stage

Submission of the application
With a keen understanding of the intricacies involved, we ensure that your application is prepared and promptly submitted. Approval is received for the vast majority of these applications and we will receive the decision from the council in roughly 6 to 8 weeks
Building Regulation Drawings
Upon receiving approval from the council, we advance to the building regulation stage. We will create the building regulation drawings within 10 working days of payment, facilitating the commencement of construction without unnecessary delays.
Planning drawings and building regulations package
Starting from £995.00 plus VAT;
- Detailed internal and external architectural design drawings
- Location map and block plan
- Submittal and management of the relevant planning application
- Party wall notices for your neighbouring properties
- Build over sewer agreement drawings and organisation of the necessary application
- Building regulation details and specifications including all the necessary requirements for building control sign off
- Submission of your building control application
