Natural Light
Large areas of glazing help bring daylight into the extended ground floor living space.
Completed Project
A completed loft conversion and rear extension designed to give the home more usable space, a brighter open-plan living area and a spacious extra bedroom above.
Project Overview
This project extended the home at both the rear and into the loft, creating a much more practical layout for modern family life. The rear extension opened up the ground floor to form a brighter kitchen and living space, while the loft conversion added a spacious extra bedroom above.
The finished home feels generous without losing its everyday warmth. Large areas of glazing bring light deep into the rear living space, while the new loft level gives the property valuable additional accommodation that feels calm, comfortable and well connected to the rest of the home.

Before Photos
Before the works began, this property was in a state of disrepair and was not in a condition to be lived in. Our customer purchased the house with the aim of renovating it fully and turning it into a beautiful, practical home.
The house needed a full renovation before it could become a comfortable home, with tired existing spaces and a layout that did not make full use of the property.
The completed project added a brighter rear living area and a spacious extra bedroom through the loft conversion.
