Design Brief: Drastically increase ground floor space to create a new kitchen, living and dining space and a playroom.
This project involved the addition of a side and rear wraparound extension, unlocking a world of possibilities for the property. This extension completely transformed the ground floor of the property, creating an additional 30 square meters of functional and aesthetically pleasing space This innovative addition provides room for a brand-new kitchen, strategically separated from the open-plan living and dining space. We also created a hidden utility space, downstairs toilet and a new play space for the children
