Design Consultation
Our team engages in thoughtful discussions with you to understand your aspirations and explore innovative ways to optimise the available space. This collaborative phase serves as the foundation for our design process, ensuring that your project is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and personalised.
Architectural Drawings
Within just 12 working days, we will present you with a comprehensive set of drawings for your consideration and feedback. This quick turnaround ensures that you stay actively involved in the design process.
Planning Preparation
Our team ensures that all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted efficiently, guiding your project through the approval stages
3D visuals (Optional)
Elevate your design experience by gaining a realistic preview of how the finished result will look. Our dedicated team uses the latest design technology to craft detailed 3D drawings, providing you with a realistic glimpse into the future of your space

Planning drawings and building regulations package
Starting from £995.00 plus VAT;
- Detailed internal and external architectural design drawings
- Location map and block plan
- Submittal and management of the relevant planning application
- Party wall notices for your neighbouring properties
- Build over sewer agreement drawings and organisation of the necessary application
- Building regulation details and specifications including all the necessary requirements for building control sign off
- Submission of your building control application
