Design Brief: Extend to the side and rear of the property to create a combined, living, dining and kitchen space.
In this project, we successfully added a side and rear, wraparound extension, contributing to the revitalisation of a property that was in much need of a renovation.
Planning approval granted us the flexibility to incorporate ample internal space and generous headroom, providing a foundation for an inviting atmosphere. The design integrates a multifunctional area, housing a kitchen, dining, and living space.
